    I have a file that I am trying to Export as a PDF and everytime i attempt to do this, The application quits. I've shut down and rebooted, save file as a different name and imported. But still, it craches. I need to send the doc over to our printers today. Help need from yall.

    Did you upgrade to 6.I recently? Since I did I been doing all my pdf's w/ Acrobat - create a hot folder and set the prefs.

    This Hot Folder? How do you set one up? And yes, I am using 6.1

    have you tried saving the doc as a PostScript file? trying that might narrow the possible problems ... let me know if you're not sure how to do this.

    you need a QuarkPDF.dylib patch if you are working on QuarkXPress 6.1 (MAC OS)
    http://www.quark.com/service/desktop/downloads/details.jsp?idx=544
    copy patch in xtension folder and give it a try. Should help!! :P
