CRM/Workflow
We keep running into this problem...how can we keep our workflow from having users print hardcopies for reviews? Our list of reviewers varies from job to job and it would be too time consuming to create multiple workflows for the different situations. Does anyone have a success story to share? Our reviewers are used to pdf reviews but since we moved to CRM, we have stopped creating pdfs. But now whoever is the reviewer/consolidator has to print the project from crm to pass to his/her additional project reviewers, ultimately defeating the purpose of CRM.
