Hello

I work for National talking newspapers. We receive magazines and newspapers in quark files and I extract the text from the magazines and save as HTML.

Now.. im used to using quark 4 - this was easy.... open up the option beyond press/show document content. I could then click on the add button which added the highlighted text and then i would go back to the document, highlight the next bit of text and add again.. then save as html document and on to the next page.

Now.. here is my problem! We have just installed quark 6.0....

Can i find beyond press/document content?? NO!!! Can anyone help with my problem??? Thank you!!!!!

Not quite sure what you're talking about with "open up the option beyond press/show document content". But, if you are just trying to extract text from a print layout and save as html, here's a suggestion.

1) Create new web layout
2) Go to print layout and click on text block with content tool
3) in Edit pull down menu, "Select All"
4) Paste in most basic text block possible in new web layout
5) Export new web layout to html (File > Export > HTML )

voila.
