Creating a HTML from a print job inserting it into an e-mail

I need help creating a HTML using Quark Xpress 6.1 and then e-mailing it afterwards. I seem to be able to convert a print job into a HTML - but have had no luck with being able to e-mail it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :D
