    quark to html

    hi rutland,

yes you can do that .....

File > Export > HTML if you are using QuarkXPress 5 .If the option is grayed out..you can try the same thing while holding down ctrl and shift on both windows and mac. The reason for the option to be grayed out is that you are working in a print document. Exactly same is the case in QuarkXPress 6 .The reason for the option being grayed out is that you may be working in a print layout.

This cannot be done in QuarkXPress 4

    anymore Questions?

    quark to html

    Hi rutland,

Some deviations from the normal are expected because you are converting a document or layout optimized for print into one that is optimized for web. But all is not lost. The HTML files created by doing an export as html can be opened in thrid party HTML editors like Frontpage and Dreamweaver... although most of the people think they cant be opened. So you can edit them there too if you want to make some changes.

    Peace !
