We have several different versions of Quark running on several different Mac OSs. If we are running Quark 4.11 on OS 9.2.2 we can see and get .xtg files through the Get Text command in the menu off the server and these files come through formatted and clean.
If we are running Quark 4.11 in Classic on top of Panther (OS X 10.3.6) we dont even see the files on the server through the same process we see in OS 9.2.2.
In Panther (OS X 10.3.6) running Quark 6.1 you dont see the tagged files through the menu. This was the same as Q 4.11 in Classic
We can connect to the server grab the file off it onto our desktops and open the text there as text without formatting but that is cumbersome.
Anyone know what I can do to alleviate this issue?
