Quark imports my XML file but converts the apostrophes to a question mark (?). The XML file is created by Lotus Notes and indicates UTF-8 encoding in the declaration. I have tried changing to UTF-16 by manually typing it in the Lotus Notes created XML file, but Quark then gives an error message indicating that the encoding contradicts the auto-sensed encoding. (what the heck!) Anyone have any ideas?
