can Quark files be generated dynamically?

    Hello, all -

We need to generate reports from a custom java app that our client can edit in Quark. I know you can tag data and import as XML, but I'm not currently up to speed on XML enough to understand whether we can go as deep as page coordinates and page elements and so forth (I'm the designer in a den of programmers). Is it possible to create a Quark doc from scratch, so to speak, from parts? If not using XML, are there any extensions available that anyone might recommend?

    THanks in advance -

    hey ya

yeah its possible i think. at the mo im working on such a thing with using the free xml.plus quark extension.

Using that functionality it can paginate multiple pages dynamicly. however im having some problems with the page impo! it always seems to crash when running it inline (i.e. non-facing pages docs)

Anyway, its not easy, but it can be very powerfull
