    Problem Facing During Import XML using XML Plus

    Hi All

    Does One have any idea, why I am facing below problem:

    1. Unable to import DTD.
    2. Unable to import XML.
    3. Quark got quit.

    Hi,

    Please help us a little here:

    Which version of Quark, which platform? How many times did you attempt to use the XML Import and get the same results? And did Quark's Technical support help?

    Hi,

    Which version of Quark?
    Quark 6.5 Version
    Which platform?
    Mac OS X
    How many times did you attempt to use the XML Import and get the same results?
    I have tried at leat 50 times or you can say 15 times a day. 40 times same and 10 times different
    And did Quark's Technical support help?
    Yes, but they have no suchh solution right now, they are also trying to fix thesse bugs. I have provided them XML file too.
