    What's a CMYK xtensions module?

It's my first week with a new G5 (replacing a G4) and I keep running into problems with existing Quark files. Now it won't allow me to place a seemingly random assortment of images that I've been using on my system forever. It says I don't have the "CMYK" xtensions module installed [101]. I've scoured my xtensions folder, Quark Help(less), and the Quark site and can't find any mention of this module.

Even stranger, I know that plenty of the images that are placing just fine are CMYK images. And others that won't load are also CMYK images. And all of these images reside on the same network. This is stymieing my project big time. Anybody have any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Jody

I'm using Quark 6 running on 10.3.4. So everything's the latest greatest. And it all worked fine when I was running Quark 6 on 10.2. I'm baffled.
