This is my first year designing my company's annual magazine and currently it is at the printer with issues. It was created in Quark and prints great for me, but when they printed a proof for us to look at, everything seemed to have a magenta tint to it and everywhere there was grass showed up an ugly green-yellow color. We thought it was on their end in their proofing process, but they called this morning and said it was something in our file. Does anyone know what I should be looking for to fix this problem? It seems as though everything that has this problem is a file that was opened in Photoshop at some point and converted to a CMYK file. Could it possibly be the way that Quark is reading my Photoshop file (TIFFs & PDFs)?
