I have contacted Quark Tech.suport on friday last week about an urgent crash problem with Quark 8. They asked me to send a crash report. So i did. After that I did not hear anything from them. I send more information later, and asked them some questions. But they don't reply at all. I always put the request numer in the subject of the mail. Is this normal? Other software companies try to be helpful at customer support. When they don't know the answer quickly the send you a mail with that information. I don't like this

 from my experience the quark tech guys mostly respond to email inquries in 24-48 hours. however sometimes the response takes forewer, as if the mail dropped into the wrong inbox. so you should write again, or give them a call.

Stop posting crash reports on forums, they are a nightmare to read.

I won't post the crashreport. I am happy that i have had response form Tech Support. The problem was a ColorSync profile. After removing this profile the ‘hang’ at quit is solved.
