    Irish spelling and hyphenation

Irish is an official language of the EU. I'd really like an Irish spelling dictionary as well as hyphenation. What can be done about this?

Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider this along with other requests, however, (to date) we have not received many requests for Irish.

No progress has been made on this since August 2008. There are lots of free spell-checkers available -- I think HunSpell is now implemented in the core Mac OS and the same dictionaries that work in OpenOffice now work in Apple Pages. Quark is great for multilingual publishing -- but we need support for smaller languages as well as larger!
