I have found the that Quark 8 crashes in two instances on a my Mac G5.
When dropping a premade Quark 8 document icon on to the Quark 8 application icon located in the dock the Quark 8 crashes. I have to open the Quark 8 application then to Open the navigate to the file. Not difficult but not what an application on mac is supposed to do.
Also, when no document is open I go to Edit>colors>append>file name, the applications crashes. I keep a list of colors and H&Js that I use for all documents as a master group in a Quark 8 document. In the past I have appended the Edit> Color list [when no document is open] by going to this file so that this color group comes up with every new document. I cannot do this with Quark 8, I get a crash everytime. However, once I make new document I can go to colors>append and get my colors group from that master document. I can append the H&J list with no document open from the same master document without crashing.
Is this happening to anyone else?
