    Print Problems

My name is Justin Harrison and I am a Graphics instructor. We recently just installed Quark onto our Macs in our classroom and we are having a very interesting printing issue. When students print there work the text always comes out fine, but characteristics they assign to the text boxes doesn't. If they add a border of some kind it never prints out at all. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it might be?

    Re: Print Problems

     HI Justin,

Please check the value for the Width applied on the border. Also let us know which version of QuarkXPress are you currently running and what's the Operating System?

    Regards

    Karam

It might also help to tell us what kind of printer you are printing to. I'm assuming you are using a networked printer since you mentioned you were a classroom instructor.
