    Trouble Loading Trial v8

    Using Mac X.4.11 and want to use the 60 day trial. When installing, I got to the window: "Validation" requesting "Installation Type" for which I clicked on "Evaluation".

    Next window, "User Registration" wants my name and serial number. It will not let me "try", I get stopped here and cannot continue the installation.

    I am sure I clicked on the "Try" not "Buy" version. Please advise as to what to do.

    Hi, Diane,

    are you sure you have chosen Evaluation? The Evaluation will not show you the validation code field, this is only for purchased versions.

    Thanks so much for your prompt reply Matthias. Yes, it I selected Evaluation several times yet the screens still wanted registration numbers. I will call Quark today. Thanks for the information. I really appreciate it!! Diane
