How do I get rid of these Bleed Lines on a PDF?

Trying to export this layout as a PDF, however when I do it comes up with these (picture below) (what I think are called) bleed lines.

If I export as captured settings the bleeds lines are not there, however I need to export it as medium quality image to get the file size down to send as an email. When I do this on medium resolution/medium quality it comes up with the lines. Do you know how I can get rid of them?]

How can I get rid of these?

If you want to change that setting just for this export job:

    1) Go into File > Export to PDF. Click on options.
    2) Select the item "Marks", and set Mode to "Off".

If you want to make a global change to your "Print - Medium Quality" setting:

    1) Go into Edit > Output Styles. Select Print - Medium Quality. Click on "Edit".
    2) Select the item "Marks", and set Mode to "Off".
