We have three users that when trying to save edits to a file get File not found [-43]. The files that they are acessing are on a file server. I have tried to delete the preference files. The users do have a folder in c\documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Quark\QuarkXPress 7.0. I have given everyone full rights to the folder. I don't know what else it could be.
Does this happen when doing a save and a save-as, or just one or the other?
Please try to save the file on the local desktop machine and then see the results.
In case the above test works,make sure that we have full permissions on the files saved on server.
We can save locally. We can also save the file to the server if we change the name. This happens to all three users and to all quark files.
Please update the version of QuarkXPress to 7.5 and then see the results.
