    Text as vector graphic

I wanna create a poster consisting of both text and pictures. Is Quark capable of mixing vector text along with pictures and then printing it to PDF? If so, how?

    Thanks

Vector text will be treated as an image in QuarkXPress.

If you are importing a vector "text images" created in Illustrator/other programs, they can only be imported as images, however, these will be flattened on export.

Just create your layout and then export the same as a PDF file.

Let me know if you face any problems with this.

Another update to this, please note that vectors are exported as vectors unless they are involved in an Opacity Flattening situation (with transparency)
