    Adding activation code in the QuarkXPress 8 Test Drive

     I've been using the test drive for over a month and I purchased the product today. I have received the activation code but the trouble is I cannot figure out where to put it.

    On Quark's 60-day Test Drive web page, these are the instructions:

    • Choose QuarkXPress/Help > Edit License Code
    • Enter the new license code
    • Then quit and relaunch the application.
    In my Help menu, there is no "Edit License Code" to choose from.

    Hi,

    That option is there only in 8.02 version of QuarkXPress.

    I am sure that you have installed QuarkXPress 8 or 8.01.if this is the case then you need to reinstall QuarkXPress 8 with the validation code

    Thank you Vikas. You were correct. I installed 8.02 and was able to activate it.
