    Bullet appears when holding left shift and press space bar

    Holding left shift and press space I get a bullet.  It even appears in older versions documents when I openthem up, so now I have to check every document that I open and erase them all.  Very annoying.  How do I turn this off?  This started happening with Quark 8.02.  I do not use the style sheets so it is not in there.  Where do I look?

    Could this be related to the font Quark uses for "invisible" characters? Shift-Space produces a "punctuation space" on my older (6.x) version of Quark, along with a tiny "bullet" that shows up when "Show Invisibles" is turned on under the "View" menu.

    Is the bullet a printing or a non-printing character? I get a non-printing ! (exclamation mark) with some fonts. These show up only when "view / Invisibles" is activated. It is a nuisance, but I have not found any way to get rid of it.

    I also get the non-printing characters when invisibles are shown and yes I find them to be a nuisance.  This is a printing character.  As soon as I create any text box, with any font that I use, and as soon as I put any type in the box it will appear on those keystrokes.  If the text box is empty and I select those 2 keys, then nothing.

    I get this problem when using some of the Type1 fonts, haven't found any solutions to it till now.
