Hello,

  Please try the few steps as mentioned below to get it resolved:

 For MAC:

 Trash the folders named 501, 502 or system at the location below:

     HDD//Library//Caches//com.apple.ATS

Restart the computer holding the shift key.

Once the computer is up relaunch QuarkXPress and then open the documents and try printing them

If it works restart the computer normally and then try printing the documents

 For Windows:

 Trash the file named FNTCACHE.dat at the location below:

    My Computer// Cdrive//Windows//System 32/FNTCACHE.dat

 Now restart the computer and then try printing the documents again.

Thank you for your help but it is still not working.

I am using a PC and after I delete the file following the instructions you gave for Windows the file comes back after I restart. I tried printing my forms after I deleted the file and restarted my computer and I also tried printing after just deleting the file and the text on the second page is still not printing.

 Any other suggestions?

This problem seemed to have started after my computer was upgraded but it doesn't make sense to me that only the second page text will be affected from the upgrade. I have no idea what the upgrade was either as this is on my work computer.

Please try the following then

 Rename the folder named QuarkXPress 6.0 to OLD QuarkXPress 6.0 at the location below:

 My Commputer//C drive//Documents and Settings//Your Usre//Application Data//Quark//QuarkXPress 6.0

 Also make sure that the no folder with the name Preferences should exist at the location below:

 My Computer // C drive//Program files//Quak//QuarkxPress6.0

 Now relaunch the application and then try printing it.

 Step 2: Try printing only the second page rather than printing all of them together.

 Step 3:  If still it doesn't work Go Utilities >> Usage >> Fonts and then replace all the fonts with the font Arial ; click Done:

             And then try Printing the problem file
