Fails to update other images in same folder

Working in 7.5 I am finding that in Usage>Pictures where I used to find that QuarkXpress flagged up that other missing pictures are in the same folder as the first image to be updated, and could all be automatically updated, this no longer seems to happen and I have to find each image individually and manually update them one by one. Is this a setting that can be modified or a change to the functionality of QuarkXpress? Thanks G

This still works for me on a Mac, unless the files are PC when it is looking for a Pic called Folder1/folder2/picname.tif rather than just picname.tif. Check for unsupported characters in the folder name. Also when the file name is too long (above about 32 characters) it doesnt work, or if the pic name has changed to ~1 etc due to a collect.

Many thanks - we'll look closely at the file names and see if we can work out which of these restrictions apply We are on Macs, too, and work with both Mac and PC images supplied to us, so we'll look at the range of file names first. G
