Linking HTML pages via FLASH viewing.

In my web site design I want to link page #3 with page #4 and then back to page #3 automatically. #3 has a left side SWF that is 510 pixels wide (3 images) #4 has a full length SWF that is 1014 pixels wide (10 images) I want to automatically link each page so that the text on the left side of page #3 can remain as HTML. Please, email step by step instructions. I am new to web site design.

    Hi, djdesign,

select the element you want to use as the "clickable" element.

Use the Hyperlink palette to create a new hyperlink.

Use Type "Page" and choose the page you want to jump to.

    Done.

P.S.: Side note: Call your first page "index.html", as most web serversexpect it that way.Simply click the page name in the page layout palette for that.

I am not getting your instructions.

The document is in an interactive mode.

    1st page is presentation —sc_elements —Animation>Sequence in a Box>Scroll Elements

Scroll Elements was created by going to Layout>New.

The hyperlink type box would be on the Scroll Elements>New Layout.

Where do I put the page that it will link to and open?

When I export the SWF document it is in animation format.

Can I email you the document?

    Regards,

    Hi, djdesign,

ah, ok, so your whoel document is Flash (Interactive).

Put an element (next page) somewhere on your page (best Master Page if you want it on all pages) and associate the event "Click up" with the action "Page > Display Next" and you are done.

    Does that make sense?
