Quark 7 - preparing docs for web

I am an art director, designing a website for myself. How do I best prepare my Quark docs (ads, brochures, etc) for viewing on the web -- maximizing file size yet keeping sharpness when zooming. Are lo-rez pdfs the best way? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Hi, lisaisla,

if you want zooming and sharpness then you could create SWF (Flash). With Quark Interactive Designer (for QuarkXPress 7) or QuarkXPress 8 (Interactive Designer built in) you can easily create Flahs, even convert your existing print documents (and add interactivity, sounds, videos, motion etc.)

We have a dedicated forum for this, have a look: http://forums.quark.com/40.aspx

Also, there are Test Drives (trial versions) available for both:

Quark Interactive Designer: Mac & Win (for QuarkXPress 7)
    QuarkXPress 8: Mac & Win

    Best
