Absolutely. You just need Classic. If you have an old OS9 disk, reboot using that disk and install OS9. Update to at least 9.1 (if the version on your disk is lower). 9.22 is the latest you can update to. If XPress is already on the HD, then great. If not, install it now.
Once you're finished restart back in to OSX. Go to System Preferences and select the Classic preference (under System). Select the new OS9 system folder (OSX usually can autofind it) for Classic.
Go ahead and locate XPress 4.x and double-click to run. Classic will open first (in a window) and then XPress will open.
