Text not within the margin at top

This is a little tricky to explain... I am currently working on an Annual and the headings in the text box is about 2mm away from the margin at the top of the page. I have checked Text Inset in the Modify box and baseline shift and both are set to 0. The heading need to touch the top margin. Can anyone help??

This could be due to the font design. Does the problem persist if you change fonts? If not, then the solution--not the most pleasing, obviously--might be to shift the text box the required amount when those headings are at the top of the text box.

It is also worth checking whether this is just a screen display thing, or whether it carries through to the printed page.

     Other possible causes are:

lock to baseline grid- go to paragraph formats and make sure this is unchecked

return - a return at the end of the line in a larger point size than the text would cause all the type to shift down

That's all I can think of right now... you could always email a page to me if you like, it sounds as if it should be a simple solution.
