I'm very new to all of this but I hope someone can help me.
I have been using Quark 8 for some months now but a couple of days ago it decided it wasn't going to open. I would click on the icon and it would bounce as if it would open. Maybe around 30 seconds later the 'quark express unexpectedly quit' sign came up and it continued to do this for a couple of days. Yesterday I looked on this forum and found that if I went into users/my log in/library/preferences and moved the Quark file on to my desktop then Quark would start working!
Today however I have come to make a pdf of a current project by going to file-print but now I'm getting a message that says 'ECRM VRSeries Printer Description File is not currently installed. A Generic PPD will be used instead' and I find all of my work print styles are missing.
I lack knowledge of this programme and it must have been the person doing this job before me who installed the ECRM VRSeries Printer Description and set it all up. So I know nothing of where it might be or how I get Quark to recognise them again.
Please, does anyone have any idea what I can do to get my print styles back.
