    Export layout as PDF is missing

    I'm using a share computer, we use Quark ver 6, The export layout as pdf (option) is missing in file menu and i'm getting export layout as html(option) and even that is grayed out.

     How to get back export layout as pdf option in the file menu

    Is the PDF Filter XT installed as well as the support files for it?

    I'm thinking to this might be a permissions issue. Does your user account have complete access (R/W permissions) to everything in the application folder?

    Actually, our electronic guys have removed this feature from sub editor's computers and also in Designer's computers too. The reason was that we have a PDF server specially for creating PDF(to check colour mode, size, fonts, etc) these sub editors used to send using Quark Export layout as PDF and send it to printing resulting huge file size  and colour problems.

    Today i call a electronic guy and he set them back again, but he did acces the computer through adminstrator login but user login, he said it has to do with preferences, (earlier the PDF option was there in preference menu)

    How to reset the preference settings? or should i copy these files from good know Quark system and past them to my system?
