We tried to open the file today that was on the local PC and recieved error 16. First was the error for file is locked, not sure of the number now. Then once we clicked OK, went to 16. I tried the back up of the file and the same issue is there. I can open other quark documents that I created on the same PC even other files we worked on yesterday.
Any ideas would be great. So far I have tried adding .qxd to the end. Copy and pasted to another location on the drive, downloaded and installed 8 test drive, talked to tech support who were no help.
Anything? 35 hours into a 76+cover brochure that is to go to prepress Tuesday.
