Quark 7.5 crashes when trying to move constrained and grouped items . . .

Don't know what is happening here, and am getting really cheesed off with it . . every time I try and moved constrained group items Quark crashes - EVERY FREAKING TIME . . I resent paying Quark £30 to talk to someone . . . so I am here to speak to users who may be able to help me. I am not prepared to upgrade to Quark 8 as that is not an option for me . . . so please Quark employees do NOT suggest it. If no help available then I guess I will have to bite the bullet and go the InDesign route . . . Guess this a desperate cry for help . . . B

Did you figure this out? I'm having the same problem. Every time I group items, Quark crashes. I have Quark 8. The program was working well for the first three or four weeks. Now this.

Now this is really troubling. Quark have edited the e-mail I sent . . . what happened to freedom of speech. Guess they do NOT want anyone dissing their product!!! Just another subversive Quark element. If they edit this I am off to e-mail Mac user and Macworld about their tactics. A VERY fed-up user!! THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL CONTENT . . . No - still does it. Quark want me to pay for the privilege of sorting a problem that their software should not have. This is just one of a number of problems that I have encountered using Mac OS x 10.5. They are quite happy for me to pay mega money for an upgrade which they will support. I really think it is time I moved to InDesign - it's a case of biting the bullet. I am so used to Quark having been there since day one - but there is not recognition of loyalty with Quark! I would be very interested to learn the workaround if you get one. I also have the problem of hiding and showing guides - their keyboard command does not work on my Intel iMac. Hope you have success.
