    Drop Shadow Not in PDF Upon Export

    I am using QuarkExpress 8 with Snow Leopard and when I export a pdf my drop shadows - those I enabled in Quark - don't show up. When I collect for output, they also don't get passed along for printing. Any help would be appreciated.

    If you are using yellow or black color as shadow color then uncheck the “Multiply Drop Shadow” options. It should resolves the issue. In case you still face it, please post more details about the layout.

    Thank you, that worked beautifully. I was also using white and that did not appear, but I think it was 4 color process white. Thanks!
