    Does Quark has the same functions to create pdf's like acrobat has?

    If you mean Job settings, yes. Look in Export Styles. You will see all the PDF styles that are available to you when you export a PDF. If you need to make different ones, either create a new one or duplicate one of the existing ones and modify it.
