Hi,
A Related Error "Cannot write file", can also occur.
Reason being:
1. Assets are being CHECKED-IN from a Network Location,
which does not have WRITE Permissions. Since, the .qhd
(Quark Header) file is generated at the Source Location. In
this case, the same will not be generated due to no
WRITE Permissions at the Source Location.
2. Also on WINDOWS there is a Certain LIMIT to the LENGTH
of Filename Hierarchy. Therefore, if the CHECK-IN path
becomes too long, it will result in a similar ERROR being
thrown to the End User.
