I am creating a series of brochures that incorporate images with drop shadows that appear over CMYK colors. They look fine in the PDFs, but when they are printed to a Konica color printer there are faint borders visible in the CMYK area. Is there a solution for this? Thanks!

I have the same problem with the print providers I use. I keep a copy of Quark 6 on my computer, then I export my Quark 7 projects as 6 and open and collect them.I haven't had a problem yet.Ron Wiggins

I am trying to create a form using Quark 7. I can get everything to work, except that I can't get the text boxes to align with the form fields, and I have what looks like a description of code ''floating'' above the form fields when I export or preview.How can I resolve these issues?Thanks!Ron Wiggins

I build both print and Web projects using QXP. Since version 7.x I've noticed file sizes reaching huge proportions, and save times growing longer and longer. I am trying to get a small video file (.mov) to play inside a QID presentation file that I am then placing in a Web file. The first frame of the video shows when I configure the video object, but nothing plays, even though I set an action to ''Play Video''.Am I missing something?Thanks!Ron Wiggins

Some of my colleagues who view my Web pages (most using Interactive Designer for something) have noticed a white cursor arrow artifact that appears during mouseover, then won't go away.Has anyone experienced this? If so, is there a way to correct it?Thanks!Ron Wiggins
