Hi,  Please try the following steps and then try to replicate the issue:- 1) Please copy all the files under C:\ Documents and Settings\ {current user}\ Application Data\ Quark\ QuarkXPress 8.01 folder and move them to some folder on the desktop. Please try using the generic ppd from the PPD option under File>>print and then check the results. Regards Karam

Try creating a Preferences folder with Capital"P"under HDD>>Applications>>QuarkXPress folder and then relaunch QuarkXPress. Now save the Preferences setting as mentioned above and then check the results. Regards Karam
