I have had a lot of problems with Quark 8 (read my posts). This morning Quark crashed at startup. Did all the things (deleted prefs, removed icc, closed fonts). but it did not come alive again. So, i made a backup of my harddisk, formatted the disk and installed a new system. After that i did a fresh install of al my programs. Now it ...

Problem solved: The problem was a ColorSync profile. After removing this profile the ‘hang’ at quit is solved.

I have contacted Quark Tech.suport on friday last week about an urgent crash problem with Quark 8. They asked me to send a crash report. So i did. After that I did not hear anything from them.
