     Just an update: Please copy the PPDs into the following location: Macintosh HD>Library>Printers>PPDs>Contents>Resources This is default PPD location for Mac OS 10.5.x (Leopard) Now click on Utilities > PPD Manager, and point the auxiliary folder to this location, click on update and try to print.

    Vector text will be treated as an image in QuarkXPress. If you are importing a vector "text images" created in Illustrator/other programs, they can only be imported as images, however, these will be flattened on export. Just create your layout and then export the same as a PDF file. Let me know if you face any problems with this.

     @Fredric: what version of Suitcase are you using? Please try removing the Suitcase Xtension(unless its suitcase 2) from the Xtensions folder, and then try to launch QuarkXPress. Let me know if you still face a problem with crashing.

    Shannon, Quark only supports the current versions of QuarkXPress, which are QuarkXPress 6,7 and 8.   Support/Downloads for QuarkXPress 4 would not be available.   My apologies for the inconvenience that this may cause.

    Hello Kenneth, QuarkXPress only exports HTML, and the functionality you need, can be best achieved using DHTML/JavaScript. You will need to code this manually in the HTML file itself. QuarkXPress would not be able to produce this effect.
