 Ok well I logged out and into the other user then back into my user and now its working fine. So still don't know whats wrong but its fixed for now.

 Was there ever a resolution to this? Its happening to me now.

 Thank you for the responce. I looked into that setting and it is at the top. So it has to be something else. I have attached some pictures of what is happening. So here is my issue. When I copy text from one document and paste it into another document it shifts the base line. I did something to my prefrences or some thing cause it didn't do this yesterday. When I copy over a price the dollars and cents(that is superscript) do not line up. They did in the oringal document. Its like the type is ...
