    Quicklook feature disabled ?

    Hi Guys,
congratulation for the genius quicklook-feature for Quark 7. After using (and loving...) it for several days, the feature seems to be disabled now. The "plug" is in the system, right. Location o.k. - but quicklook shows the the quark icon only .-(
Im i running a leopard (10.5.1 german) power Mac G5, 7.3.1 Xpress (of course!) with very much of free disk and ram space ....
    Any suggestions.
    Thanx a lot
    Bye

The Quick Look Manager may have crashed and it has become unresponsive; the OS will automatically reload it and restore the quick look feature.

You can determine this happened when the icons and not the previews are shown and when the "Loading..." white screen appears.

Give it a couple of minutes and it should again work fine.

In case you are intrigued and you want to know what happened, there is a log file reporting all crashes, this file is stored at Macintosh HD > users> (your user name) > Library > Logs >Crash Reporter > quicklook (number).crash

If this behavior is consistent with QuarkXPress files and you would like some feedback from Quark, please contact me using a Private Message

    Best Regards
