Pages of different sizes in the same project [document]

Hello Quark! When you make a brochure with 6 pages the flap page must be a eight inch smaller in the width to fold cleanly. It would be great to see and use pages
of different sizes in the same project [document] I tried making a new layout but that is not the same. It is really two different layouts that can't be used together.
Why can't you have in the same layout two pages 8.5 x 11 and the third 8.375 by 11 inches?
All three pages should be visible at the same time in the same page layout window with the pages able to move position with in the document. Making a new layout with a different page size just produces
a new page in a different window. This is really no help. It would also be good for pages of different height. How about it Quark?
    Best regards.

Those type jobs (3,4,5 pages or more brochure folds) should not be separate pages, but set up to spread size. That way you can deduct the short fold from the doc size and have an accurate document. Or if you must use separate pages, just add a trim rule, and fold lines to the file, in the bleed area at an 1/8" offset from the trim.
