Here is my suggestion.
Would it be possible to add a flag to the picture properties that would allow us to lock the position of an image w/r to the page itself?
I am only talking about the image here NOT the picture box. In my vison, you would be able to more a picture box while its contents would remain locked to its position of the page.
Just a thought
