invalid validation code

    invalid validation code

    I have gotten my validation code and copy and pasted it into the boxes and clicked continue but it tells me the code in invalid, so I typed the code in and still the same message, what is the next thing I need to do to install Quark 8

    Hi,

    Make sure that there should not be any space at the end in the last block.

    If still the problem exists,you can PM me your serial number.

    I will confirm that the validation code you have is correct or not .

    Really new to this forum so what do you mean by PM you the Serial Number?

    You  can get the serial number from the side of the BOX, most probably it will start with US, UI or EU

    I hope this information helps
