    Quark 7.3.1

Having OSX troubles and want to do a clean install of all system sw and programs. What is the most efficient process for doing this in Quark? Do I need to un-install Quark then re-install once we have reloaded our system software. Do not anticipate any surgical procedures, just reformatting the drive and starting over.

Want to avoid phone with Quark as we have had poor experiences in the past.

Any help would be mucho apreciated!

    Thx

I'd start by transferring your license (that way you deauthorize on this Mac). Backup any important XTensions and your preferences if you care to keep the prefs. Prefs include your Output Styles so if you have a lot of Output Styles you may want to.

When you wipe the drive it will of course take care of deinstalling XPress! Smile
