I want to set up a gallery of thumbnails, where each will not only trigger the larger image elsewhere, but also pop-up the relevant text caption (wherever).
Can you set multiple targets from a single trigger? I would preferably want text boxes, because 'convert to graphic' ceases to be searchable, but if it's possible to link to multiple image boxes and achieve this, that will have to do.
I can find no info anywhere on this and would appreciate any options or help available - I know nothing of Java or CSS (where this must be possible). I've been away from QuarkXpress for a while so I'm a bit rusty (which doesn't help).
So to press the point: If text box pop-ups are not synchronous WITH image box pop-ups, are multiple image targets from a single trigger possible? Also, have rollover's and multiple position rollover's evolved in Q8?. . or are those tools the same as in version 6.52?

I have addressed this to some degree after Georgina kindly answered me personally. She suggested using the 'alternative text re-name option in Modify>Export' - This does the job but I was trying to be a bit more creative as to where and how the caption displays when the trigger is mouse-overed (and whether it had other targets pop up at the same time) - I'm learning as I go but thanks again Georgina for sharing your tips and tricks!
