Footnote calls don't import in Quark! I have then open the .doc file in Word to convert footnotes to endnotes. Nothing changed on import. So I told to myself: just copy/paste the stuff and you're done. No way! The footnote calls just don't exit: vanished God knows where. (I shall ask Him :-)
Now how shall I have those footnote calls imported in one way or another since even copy/paste doesn't work!?
