    Show more " Recent Documents " when QXP 8.1 starts up...

    My QXP8.1 opens with the dialog box that lists recent QXP documents and clicking on one of them opens the document.

    There are only 3 docs listed now but I think there used to be more.

    How can I change the prefs for the introduction window and make it show the last ten QXP documents ??

    And how can I create a round text box ??

    Hi, Binky,

    "when it starts up", do you mean the welcome screen or under the File menu?

    Round text box is easy, if you want rounded edges, use the popup menu beside the "H:" (in the measurement palette). If you want true circles just create a circular box and double click into it with the text content tool selected.

    Yes, I mean the "Welcome to QuarkXPress" window where it says : "Open a Recent Project" and then lists the last three QXP projects I have worked on.

    How can this list be made longer ?

    I think it used to be longer...

    It was a temporary lapse of memory.

    I think I am getting "Brain Cloud" or something similar.

    Preferences > Application > File List

    You can enter up to 9.
