Just upgraded from TIger to Snow Leopard Running Quark 8.12 I just tried to Collect for Output - it would not let me create a new folder and not able to access OS dialogue anymore I had to collect to my desktop. Anyone else come across this problem and any solutions? thanks for any help TO ADD TO THIS Dialog box where you are able to choose location is no longer available at all this affects Save As, Collect for Output, Exporting PDF I checked for my AI/PS - these functions are still available so it seems that this is a QX issue

It sounds like a permissions issue. I'm not on SL, so I can't say what the solution is, sorry.

I figured out why its a different set up in SnL so instead of having the option to navigate where to put your file at the bottom like before - there is an arrow right beside the file name - if you click that - it will allow you to navigate your file to where you want it. just working out the SnL kinks i guess
