Does anyone on here know if there is any way that I can confirm, and amend, my account details with Quark online? I have tried emailing but didn't receive a reply.

Quark Customer Support is getting VERY difficult to reach via telephone & email BUT they do have an excellent chat system set up that will get you fixed up in less time than waiting for an email reply.
