I know - there are "only" beta-versions of MacOS 10.7.3. But our developer normally tries out all our important programs, a few days before a final version of MacOs will be released ... and found a problem under the latest beta - 10.7.3 (11D50): The symbols of the main tool palette and of the colour palette are vanished / not visible ... under 10.7.3 (11D46) beta - he says - everything was still ok with QXP 9.2. Curious: He deactivated all extensions (only original Quark extensions are installed) - and the symbols came back ... BUT only, until he restarted QuarkXPress ... after the restart it didn't metter, if he deactivated the extensions or not ... the symbols were vanished / not visible ...

We appreciate your efforts to test Quark XPress on Mac OS 10.7.3 beta.

QuarkXPress is supported only on certified OS versions and not on the OS versions in beta cycle.

Quark XPress will be supported on 10.7.3 in future releases.

Quark certifies/supports only final versions of operating systems, yes. Everything else wouldn't make sense.

Of course we always test on all pre-release versions available to us to see whether we need to fix something.

That said, I am going to lock this post, also our NDA with operating system vendors forbids us to share any details on pre-release products of 3rd parties we might be testing, even if we find any issues. I am sure you understand this.

Once a new version of an operating system is officially released, you are of course welcome to open a new forum thread. And of course we use every information we hear about from you, our customers, to ensure the quality of our products, so therefore your feedback is appreciated.
